Before you begin your journey, we recommend watching the Welcome Video first, then checking out the guide.

Please note that we use the word "dieta" in these videos many times. When we originally filmed this content, that felt like the appropriate word to use.

However, after receiving some feedback from Shipibo lineage teachers we have, we have decided to call this an "Immersion".

Although this experience is inspired by many aspects from diets of different lineages from the Amazon, this shouldn't be confused with a dieta, which usually involves the consumption of Ayahuasca.

Also note that the video content in here is 7 days, which is why we refer to each day numbered by which video is. However we are doing 10 days together, so I hope it doesn't confuse you :)
