The training will begin on Monday, August 6th and go until Monday, December 11th, 2023

*Important Training Schedule Notes*

• We are set to begin classes at 10:30am Hawaii/4:30pm Eastern time (check your time zone here).
• Each class will last around 2-2.5 hours (with the exception of our Preparation & Integration Calls which will be 1.5 hours)
• Every class is recorded, and recordings are stored on our training portal, available to watch for a lifetime.
• The structure of each class will include ceremony, lecture & discussion. We will begin with a cacao ceremony (~30 minutes) with our facilitator, and then dive into the teachings, questions and discussion after (2 hours).
• In order to receive your certificate of completion, you will be expected to attend 8 out of 12 live classes. You will not receive your certificate if you miss class more than 3 times. You can make these classes up by attending them in the next cohort.
• You will be expected to attend class with your video on, present for the important dialogues we dive into in this class. The dialogue is truly the magic of this training, where we engage in important conversations needed for the collective with love and compassion and openness.
• We've added Group process ceremonies added to the calendar. After some reflection and feedback, we've decided to add on an optional Group Process ceremony for each month of our training. You will find these in our training calendar attached and on the Google Calendar.
